Report Bugs

Please report any problems you encounter analyzing data in MEGA. All bug reports will be handled by the authors based on the severity of the problem.

To send the authors a suggestion about MEGA or the MEGA website please use the Suggestion Box.

Please note that software bug reports and help file inconsistency reports are immensely useful in making the program error-free and user-friendly.

When submitting a bug which only appears on a specific dataset or with some specific settings make sure to upload the data file as well as specifying the analysis settings used at the time of the issue. Being able to reproduce a bug goes a long way towards being able to fix it. We only use these datasets for debugging purposes.
