Hi Phil,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. No, there are not anything I would call 'cloud' component's associated with the MEGA software. However, for the mutation diagnosis analysis in MEGA, a remote server is queried for results. Also, anonymous usage data is collected (from users that opt in).
