| Summary | 0006780: error running alignment with megacc |
| Description | I tried to run a muscle alignment with megacc since I failed to get the gui to work after I updated to sequoia 15.4.1
But here I also get an error but another one.
Error: An error has occurred: External process finished with exit code 10. (/Applications/MEGA 12.app/Contents/Resources/Private/MUSCLE/muscledarwin64);
Error: Error in the Application Linker during the Execute command. Error is: Thread error |
| Steps To Reproduce | I ran the following command:
megacc -a /Users/majaweiss/Development/data_exploration/results/round1_derep/additional_analysis/concensus_sequences/MEGA/muscle_align_nucleotide.mao -d /Users/majaweiss/Development/data_exploration/results/round1_derep/additional_analysis/concensus_sequences/EU009803_combined.fasta -f Fasta -o /Users/majaweiss/Development/data_exploration/results/round1_derep/additional_analysis/concensus_sequences/EU009803_aligned
