Summary0006871: Problem with saved file
DescriptionI hope it is alright to ask questions here. The internet recommended that.
I chose MEGA 12 because I assume my school would have the latest version installed but I'm not sure. Instead of downloading it we're supposed to use it through something of the schools and it doesn't say which version it is.
I was trying to complete a task and at some point had to click Data/Exit in Alignment Explorer but that wasn't an option so I tried Data/Quit instead but then it just closed without asking any of the things it was supposed to ask and when I now try to open the saved .mas file (see uploaded files) in MEGA it keeps crashing. How do I solved this?
I've never used or even seen MEGA before and our teacher didn't explain any of this except for a guide as to which buttons to click so please keep it as simple as possible.
