| Summary | 0001525: Sequence alignment gives an error |
| Description | Hello,
I'm using MEGA7 GUI
when trying to align any two or more sequences with MUSCLE the following error pops up: "MEGA Application Linker has encountered an error in the Execution command. Technical details: MEGA has encountered and error in creating the process for the 3rd-Part Application.
When I used MEGAX. The following error popped up under similar circumstances: "Error-Alignment Failed: No MUSCLE alignment log file was found."
If you can point me to ways I can resolve one of those issues? I couldn't find answers to this in any of the MEGA manuals or online.
