| Description | The bootstrap procedure (standard) has several issues.
1. It reports (Maximum likelihood) bootstrap support values that are very different from those that were obtained on MEGA11 with the same MDSX file.
2. It is incredibly slow, sometimes not even progressing (Minimum Evolution with pairwise deletion, Maximum Parsimony). |
