Summary | 0006799: Phylogenetic trees don't open |
Description | When I create my trees they are saved as .nwk but MEGA is not accepting this type of file and sometimes it says: invalid format or it opens but nothing appears. However, a few weeks ago it was working normally, I don't know what is happening but I am going to other software |
Steps To Reproduce | Create a tree (in my case I used MegaCC for the tree and MEGA GUI to look at the results, but I checked and it is also going wrong with GUI only) and save the file (nwk by default) and then try to open it again. |
