The MEGA Analysis Options (.mao) file is used to specify analysis options that are needed when using MEGA's command-line interface (MEGA-CC). This file eliminates the need to pass a large number of command-line parameters that would otherwise be needed in order to use different analysis options. These .mao file are created by using MEGA in the Prototype mode.
