Statistics | Use only Highlighted Sites
Sites can be selected according to various criteria (see Highlight SitesHC_Highlight_Menu_in_Sequence_Data_Explorer), and analyses will be performed only on the chosen subset of sites. All statistical attributes will be based on these sites.
