Report Bugs

Please report any problems you encounter in analyzing data in MEGA. All bug reports will be handled by the authors based on the severity of the problem.

Before submitting a bug report, please check to ensure that you are using the latest version of MEGA software, and visit the Fixed Bugs page to determine whether the bug has already been fixed, since we periodically release new versions of MEGA with fixed bugs. There are also some Current Known Limitations for this version of MEGA.

To send the authors a suggestion about MEGA or the MEGA website please use the Suggestion Box.

Please note that software bug reports and help file inconsistency reports are immensely useful in making the program error-free and user-friendly.
