0005272: Query about Gamma

Description

Good afternoon. Using the option to search for the best replacement model, I get Kimura 2 parameters with a gamma value of 0.36. When trying to build the tree by maximum likelihood, it does not let me put values less than 2 in the discrete distribution of gamma. what do i do in this case?

For the ML analysis you can specify the number of discrete gamma categories to use if using gamma distributed rates. This is different from a gamma parameter which is automatically computed by MEGA.
