| Summary | 0006784: full name in Species/Abbrv | ||||||||
| Description | Hello and congrats on the great work! I'm enjoying MEGA 12, but in the alignment module (Species/Abbrv tab), GenBank sequence names appear only as numbers. I couldn’t find how to display full names like in MEGA 11. Since I import hundreds of sequences, renaming manually isn’t an option. Did I miss a setting to fix this? Best regards, Victor | ||||||||

		Hi Victor, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. I am not able to duplicate the error you described. Below is a screenshot of how MEGA12 behaves when I import Genbank sequences. Can you describe the steps to duplicate the issue (as well as what specifically is being imported and from where)? Also, what operating system are you using? |
